Sad to say it wasn't much of a sucess as almost half the class were not around , but we ignore that and just get on with the BBQ , and because of that ,

BLOG Finally updated! Okay the BBQ the SLs set was so friggin long , so Serene and I set it up swee swee for everyone. Since the teachers cannot take care of us, scared we might do dumb things. We can possibly host it at a chalet which you will waste alot of $$. Hence , we will host it at East Coast Park at 10 November 2008. If you are able to make it , sms either serene or me. We will try to confirm and then we can see who can go ,
of course , nothing comes free ! Sorry though but we need some cash to pay the teachers back for the food and Serene for the BBQ Pit! Each student who comes must pay a minimum of $10!

Heres what i think to make a perfect =X party!

Attendance
We should make use of laptops and make a small receptionist table, this table will be used for the following things
-Attendance
-Information counter
-Goodies =P

The attendance should NOT be confirmed first. Send emails, smses etc. Telling them the venue, time and what to bring. This is to avoid wasting precious time. Then, wait until people come to the recep table and sign their name! Simple eh? xD

Venue
Heres what i think. We should not be worrying about the venue, but worrying what will we do when it rains? Wet weather programs? But if it was me, i would go
-East Coast Park (Shelter, BBQ pit, bicycle rental)
-Labrador Park (BBQ pit, good scenery)
-West Coast Park (BBQ pit, not sure whether they have shelter)

Time and Date
Time should be at night(well most of the celebrations i've been to was at night and I found it very enjoyable), date should be within December.
(To be informed after sending of invitations)

Funds
This should not be the problem, judging from how Mrs Goh is collecting $, we should have enough for a huge roll of tissue paper =P. haha, just joking.

As what Bernard said, we should skip Wednesday ritual for OUR celebration. During this time, we should collect about $5 from everyone and an additional $10 from all teachers(must confirm with them first) that are going. The total estimated should be... 180~210.

Hi, everyone.Long time no type. This time i will write quite short, OK? because people asked me like are you practicing composition skills, why you write so long and formal and etc... Anyway, I just want to remind you that exam is coming and study hard for the exam for your own sake,OK! Frankly speaking, i do not real bear to leave 2E3 even though our class is naughty sometime. This final year exam will decide your life in secondary school for next two years. So, it is consider quite important. We must try our best to score high for exam to prove to other classes and teachers that our class is good class.So, they will not look down on us anymore,OK? Some of us are also planning for fare ware party and i would like to have some performances for party.We may be inviting most of our subject teachers and also Mr Leong (ex- ft) unless they are not free. I really want to know who want to perform on party day.I hope most of you will participate. If you really want to perform, please come and tell me. You can do anything sing, dance, jump,drama.... anything you like but no vulgarity and improper act, OK! Do not be shy to perform, you will be doing only in front your classmates and teachers nothing to shy about. Even though you are not talented like me but you still can participate because we are not choosing superstar or idols just for fun and party,entertainment, OK? I better stop here. I have nothing to say.
The only thing I couldn't do any further is to strongly agree with Mr Leong, Qingling, Zaynyein & Rachel.

seeing mrs lee, today, aint feeling happy and just tried to " dont bother about us" , giving somehow, sortof a cold shoulder?

those who owe Mrs Lee homeworks or whatsoever,just kindly give her can? Can see that she really gnna tear when she giving us "cold shoulder" liao leh.

Why not we all just think frm her point of view? Put ourselves in her shoes.
If im her, i would think :

- issit i have not done enough?
- issit im not fit to be a teacher?
- is it so hard to capture 2e3's attention?
- is it a must to tear each time for them so that they will be quiet?
- is it a must to hear people to say that my class is such a bad class?

you think luhs. IF other teachers keep saying about our class, you think only we will unhappy? No. Mrs Lee's our form teacher , SHE WONT BE HAPPY EITHER.
Starting of this term, i remembered i asked her, if she were happy to teach us once again. She told me with a smile, saying " yes. of cuz i am happy " . WHAT HAVE WE DONE? WE HAD JUST MADE HER UNHAPPY.

Dear 2E3,

Although I'm not your FT anymore, I still follow your performance very closely. I do believe that this class has the ability to achieve a lot more than what you are doing now.

However, when I heard about today's incident during EL class, I was very sad.

Sad because you let me down.
Sad because so many of those who promised me to behave are not keeping their promises.
Sad because you are not showing respect to Mrs Lee.
Sad because only a minority of the students are interested in their own future.
Sad because all my effort in encouraging you from January to June is wasted.
Sad because the majority of the class is not showing consideration for the minority who want to learn.
Sad because I want you to excel.
Sad because you are not showing the class spirit that I know and respect.

I have told you early this term that if there are any problems, you can always look for me to talk. Some have done so. Some have shared with me their goals and dreams. Some have asked me for academic help.

But some others have not heeded my advice. They are only interested in the present. They are taking their own education for granted. Ask our International Students why they are so focused on their studies? Because they know the value of education. They pay full school fees every month, and they know the sacrifices that their parents make to ensure that they have a good education. But some others do not take their education seriously. They think they are still in primary school. They want to enjoy themselves. This type of behaviour I hate.

All of you have the potential to make it to Poly or JC. But some of you will not make it. Why? Because you have been playing around and not being serious for the past 1 year, 8 months. Ever since I started teaching you Physics in Term 2 last year in Sec 1, all the way till Maths from January to May this year, I know who are the hardworking ones and who are those with slack attitudes. I can even predict who will do well for the FYE this year and get to the subject combination that they deserve to get in Sec 3. Some are in danger of not getting their choice of combination. Some are in danger of transferring to 3NA. I challenge you to prove me wrong.

I can only encourage and advise you. Some of you still respect me as a former FT. Do come and look for me if you have any problems. The rest of you who don't care about your future, let this be my warning to you: don't affect the future of your classmates. You know who you are. You have been warned. I will come after you.

we work together, we play together. One for all & All for one.
We had our class motto as " Unity is the key to success " , and last year "United we archieve " , lets ask ourselves, have we done it?

In many teachers' eyes, 2E3 may just be a bunch of hopeless kids. However, Mrs Lee had never given up on us. Today, seeing her left the class with rage, some of us still can be happy. But, ask yourself, Havent mrs Lee done her best? Havent she done what she should do, or issit, she had done MORE than what she should. She could just come into the class, teach teach, ignore us & ignore about our results. Her job is to teach & educate us. NOT TO CARE for us.

I promise I'll pay more attention to her class! i PROMISED & i'll keep to it.

I knew, mrs lee was dead disappointed in 2E3. Pleaseeeeee 2e3! dont let EVERY teachers have a bad impressions of us. we may be playful , but , lets show them that we can work hard too. We may be naughty students, but we can be good students too.

Teachers are the one who teach us,guide us and educate us in our life so we must show the respect to our teachers.They are like lighters who enlighten us when the students are like candles.If there is no lighter,candles can not do its own function.As same as that example,we can not display our function without teachers guidance even if we can do, it will not be proper way so teachers are necessary for us.Even if you can not show the gratitude towards teachers at least you should respect them.People will say teachers are just doing their jobs because they get salary from the government actually it is not true for all teachers.Some teachers already had the ambition to become the teacher when they were young.They want to educate the students and nuture the students mind.All the teachers want to see their students success,glory and achievements.They are just like our parents but fact that they did not give birth to us.Even though we are not their blood children,they still teach us and resist all our rudeness and nonsenses.So i hope everybody can understand from this prargraph and learn to respect the teachers.

2E3 is the class with unity,success and friendship.However, we are going to seperate soon.The final year exam is coming with the december holidays.I do not really wish to seperate with 2E3 but because of circumstances we will be divided into different classes next year.Even though 2E3 is considered as naughty class by most of the teacher,I still think 2E3 is the best. 2E3 has playful people, quiet people, naughty people and etc but we went through a lot of things together as the class in this two years.I thank to everybody in 2E3 who encouraged me, who teach me and who went through a lot of things together with me.Even though I am not sure who will be same class with me next year,I hope everybody will not forget about 2E3 and all the memories with 2E3.I also thank to our form teachers Mrs.Barnwell(last year),Mr Charles Leong,Mrs Lee and Mrs Goh who went through a lot things with us,endure our naughtiness and encourged 2E3 in many ways.I will never forget our subject's teachers who teach us in this two year with patience,encouragement and also endure our class naughtiness.I thank to all the teachers behalf of my class and thank to everybody who teach me,encourage me and listen to all my problems.I also want to apologize if i had offended to anybody or maked anybody unhappy so please forgive me.I hope we (the studens) will continue like this even though we will be in different classes next year and also try to improve in our behaviours, academic and pass the GCE"O" with distinctions in next two years time.So now let's treasure the last moments and make the happy memories."THANK YOU EVERYBODY"

Its ok to fail, no one said its wrong, no one owns you. If you did badly, get back up again, no force is stopping you.

I myself did badly for MYE, failing maths and narrowly passing Chinese. So dont be sad, everyone fails too, you're not the only one that failed.

Oh and i would like to thank Zay nyien for teaching me maths when i was lost(THX a mil)
Thx Mr Leong for holding consultation sessions (although i only went for 1)

back here again..
well, let me remind you guys..
TODAY'S PARENT-TEACHER MEETING SESSION!!
omg..
please be in your number 3 attire with school shoes.. and try not to be later than 6.. this is because there is a briefing session from 6 to 6.45 :)
well, the teacher tht our parents are meeting is not mr leong, but are mr darren tan and mrs chiam.. this is because mr leong is in korea now.. enjoying the cool air there with our class pro, weixian and zaynyein.. hehes.. hope they cherish the cool air there or else when they come back to singapore they will sweat damn lot..

im so nervous.. arent you guys nervous too? Lol.. i guess some ba..
nowadays the weather in singapore is so damn hot.. i cant stand it sia.. somemore we, human beings are "adding the fuel to the oil".. how? by using electronics stuffs like computer, laptop, television, xbox, playstations. etc.. as you see, electronic stuffs produce heat.. therefore whenever you are using all the stuffs listed above.. you feel hot.. even if youre in an aircon room..
from my family blog.. one of my family members write tht we wont nid gas to cook in future le..
just place your food in your house under the hot sun for a while then you can eat it le.. cus the sun can heat the food up ma.. Lol..
latest world news tht i've know, which is the China's massive quake in Sichuan.. over 4 millions of people died.. if im not wrong..
almost everyone in the world are trying to donate money to save the people in Sichuan..
but Singapore just started.. && there's 1 thing im wondering.. celebrities in Hongkong&Taiwan, etc.. they donate money from their own pocket but why??? why does local celebrities didnt do that? they just put up a charity show and let the singaporeans donate.. then the celeb will just need to perform and receive money.. why didnt they donate also? i think that this is not fair..
there were quite alot of local celeb.. if each of them donate abit, im sure that we can help the people in Sichuan.. but also, there were alot of issues regarding ppl trying to trick us by acting poor.. trying to get money from us.. they are so evil.. they made use of our kindness..

HELLO!

im back here, POSTING!

Well, i'll post about today's trip to BUKIT BATOK NATURE PARK. :D

in the morning, we gather at the foyer for a short briefing. but i wasnt there. after that, we are the first class to move out of the school. Our teacher-in-charge was MR APPLE NG & MR FONG. :) Great teachers, yea?

when we reached there.. well, i think we went to the wrong spot as the other class went the other way.. so we catch up with them via the other way and we reach the meet up point first. :)

on the way there, there's only 1 word for me to describe : TIRING!

this is because yesterday we just had our PFT ( physical fitness test ) or called NAPFA.

there were many steep slopes and long staircases there. i remember that joevenn, bernard, rachel and me were struggling like hell to reach the top of the steep slope. HAHA.. It's so fun. Are we getting older?

LOL. Then, we reached the quarry cliff.

it is made up of granite stones, it is also the home for the various shy fish species

then, we carry on.. to our DESTINATION : TCS tower. (transmission tower) :D

It was a long way there.. we rest several times on the way up. this is because the transmisson towers owned by the MEDIACORP were located at the hilltop.

There were lookout points form the park, some reaching more than 10 storeys high, providing breath-taking views. there were also WW II memorial plaque located just below the TCS tower.

Hello people, let's keep this blog going uh. I don't want this blog to be so dead, so please update more. Don't tell me that there is nothing you can talk or share about, cus i believe there's so much interesting things in this world okay! Haha! I know i'm crapping :D

Ya so, people who attend school today, got back their overall results. How was everyone's results? I bet most of you have done well, keep it up i believe that your hard work had been paid off (: For people who are unsatisfied with your results, strive harder to get better grades ok! You guys can do it! I thank God for my good grades (there's still need for improvements!) Haha.

There will be an outing for all Sec2 express students tomorrow i think :/ I'm not so sure if it's an outing but most probably it is if i'm not wrong. Ya so please, you're lucky if you came across this blog and note that you've to wear PE attire tomorrow and bring along your water bottle, raincoat/umbrella, pens/coloured pencils/marker and other stationaries. Those who prefer using IT, bring a thumbdrive! Thanks Teresa for passing this message to me, otherwise i won't be able to know. Haha, love her.

I'm excited for tml's trip, i bet you guys are excited too! It's late, i'm off to rest. See you, i'll post more often when i've got the time to! :D

So actually if you count... we have about 2weeks of holidays, so people, better prepare for semester 2, we have arrived in another chapter of our secondary school lives...
